We had Cruz Electric out to service our 21 year old furnace and decided it needed to be replaced as it kept shutting down..They did an excellent job! They were all very polite and professional and cleaned up everything,
we will need the air conditioning done in the spring and hope to have them come back for that. Cant say enough about their caring and thoughtful attitude. When I called them out they came out the same day even after having a long day already. They definitely seem to care about their customers!
Steven Cruz was very polite and professional. He came the same day I called and came back twice when I ordered the wrong equipment for my pool. He
got back to me when I called with updates and finished the job when the right equipment arrived. He explained everything in detail, was very patient, and took time with the repair. He explained he is not a "pool guy" but did the electric hook up for my new pool pump. I haven't tried it yet due to new plumping required but his service was excellent, especially during this heat wave when everyone needs AC repairs.
